How we treat
Treated to a number you can see.
Your physiotherapist sets your numbers at the first visit and checks them at every visit after.
The treatment is the tool. The number is how you both know it is working.
The Wohl Line
Your first visit
Asked, measured, explained.
01 · Asked
Where it hurts, since when, and what it stops you doing. The doctor-first list is checked here.
02 · Measured
At the wall with the Wohl Line: how you stand, bend and reach, in degrees and centimetres.
03 · Explained
Your physiotherapist circles what they found and shows you where it starts. Then the rate card, before anything begins.
How a plan moves
Three phases, one line.
Pain usually settles in the first phase. The cause is fixed in the second. A plan only ends when the third is yours to keep.
-
01 · First visit
Settle the pain.
Hands-on care, a break from what makes it worse and a few safe movements, so you can sleep and work.
We measure · pain at rest · sleep

02 · Pain settles
most people stop here
Fix where it starts.
Strength and movement work aimed at the cause, measured against your first visit every time.
We measure · angle · strength · timed tests
-
03 · Moves again
Hand it back to you.
A short routine for home and the one test you can do yourself, so it stays fixed.
